Split transactions into several categories

Transactions that combine different expenses or income can now be divided into several categories at once. This allows analytics to show the actual distribution of funds without distortion, which is convenient — you no longer need to manually create several separate payments.

Mutual settlements between counterparties

Available to all companies and automatically activated for those created since October 2025. Allows you to record and quickly reconcile settlements between counterparties — who owes whom and how much — without duplicating transactions and confusion in accounting.

Integration with NovaPay (Business)

Full integration of NovaPay Business directly into Finmap. Automatic synchronization of transactions without the need for manual intervention.

Now you can connect Web3 wallets and track the movement of crypto assets directly in Finmap. The integration is implemented through the Zerion connector.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

You can now further protect your Finmap account with 2FA — email login verification.This enhances the security of your financial data and prevents unauthorized access even if your password is compromised.

Referral program

Finmap has launched a referral program — now business owners can invite friends and partners and receive bonuses for each new user.This is a great opportunity to share the service, help other entrepreneurs organize their finances, and get rewarded for your recommendation.

Updated logic for managing user roles

Now, in Finmap, you can not only add but also deletepositions in the company.This will help you maintain an up-to-date team structure and will also come in handy if you previously had duplicate positions, which can now be correctly edited and organized.

Improved multi-currency functionality

The calendar now displays the amount in the company’s currency and the exchange rate for foreign currency accounts.When entering an amount that is not in the company’s currency or when paying in another currency, the exchange rate and currency of the account (company) are displayed in the transaction log.
